10% revenue to you

Here at JLG Multi-Services, we offer ATM placement in your high-traffic venue. We offer an ATM with a 2k note cassette, an NFC reader, and an EMV scanner. All maintenance, refills, and installation fees are dealt with by the company. With this service, you are not required to pay any fees, and 10% of the revenue monthly is given to your business.

Wholesale Real Estate

$0 real estate agent fees

Sellers- For interested sellers, we offer a 30-day contract in which we find you a cash buyer and close on the deal. With this contract, there are no Real Estate agent fees, no upfront cost, and we offer a 100-300$ payment if we are unable to sell your property.

(The same goes for not only real estate but land owners, buyers as well!)

Cash buyers- For buyers, we help you find a property of interest to you with no real estate agent fees, a 30-day closing, and no upfront cost.

Airbnb Rental

Rent

Landlords- For landowners looking for someone to rent, we can rent your facility in which we convert into an Airbnb. Monthly rent will be sent, and/any damages done to the property will be covered by us.

Vacationers- If you happen to be in the pursuit of finding an Airbnb to stay in, there is a link with all the properties we manage/offer.
